We, the undersigned residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of the age of majority and having no confidence in the Board of Trustees of the Agora Cyber Charter School to objectively and responsibly carry out its duties as fiduciaries of public funds do hereby petition the Pennsylvania Department of Education to dissolve said Board and to replace it with an independent and objective Board of Trustees with no connections to any parties that are part of an on going Federal investigation into possible criminal activities. Further, we petition the PDE to suspend Agora's contract with Cynwyd Group, LLC pending the outcome of the investigation and to make K12 Inc. of Herndon, VA directly responsible to the PDE through the Board of Trustees.
