We the parents of the LNL SDA Parousia Pathfinders and Adventurers club request that the present leaders stay for another term of office. We have recently learned that the directors were not nominated or considered for our youth and children even though they have served our church well. It is very unfortunate and has caused a lot of confusion, anxiety and hurt in our church. The Pathfinder club has gone from 4 members to 27 active participants since the instalments of the present Pathfinder director and his team. The adventure director was installed in March of this year and it fulfilled the long awaited need for these 'busy bees'. To date the membership is 15 and growing. This team has grown and was successful in strengthening the values of our children. We feel that a shift at this time will cause them to lose interest and a connection from the church on a whole and leave them open to the negative influences of the world. Please sign this petition if you would like Tidings Ncube and Giselle Crouch and their teams to continue the good work they have been doing.

Seeing this much support for Tidings and Giselle proves that our church sees the incredible impact they have on our kids. Their leadership created a home for my children and I am overwhelmed that so many of you feel the same way.

Greetings to you my brethren. This is truly a cause worth sitting down to type out our serious concerns. Having worked with Tidings myself in Pathfinders I have never come across such a dedicated, motivated and God driven man truly aimed at the personal growth and success of our Pathfinders. He and his team are vested in the Pathfinders and have returned to the Pathfinders club and LNL SDA Church a true sense of personal pride, accomplishment and soldiers for our Heavenly King, JESUS! I truly hope that the church leaders will take this petition and the concerns of the parents and others seriously. Remaining ever faithful and true, Ann-Marie West.
There has never been a greater platform to train the youths of the SDA churches to become GREAT leaders than that of the Pathfinder club. Having been a leader for many years, one need to understand the bonds that are formed and the notions taught follow these youths throughout their lives. LNL needs to be proud of having found Tidings and Tanya to lead the young minds. They need to be commanded and appreciated for their time, dedication and the efforts they bring week in and week. Any management would be careless in overseeing such. I pray LNL board will reconsider their decision by reinstating the present leaders for another term. May God lead you in this.
If you think your signature doesn't matter... it does. Every signature counts, it gets us one step closer to keeping our friends/family/ directors Tanya and Tidings. :)
What I appreciate about the current leaders of these clubs, is the fact that they are dedicated, ready to serve and are doing their best, not only for the kids but most importantly, for God. We often have departments in our church that are inactive. Please consider this important factor. Kids that are active in the church have a higher chance of remaining in the church and making better decisions in life when faced with adversary. So I agree to have Tiding and Tanya for the Parousia Pathfinder Club and Giselle as Adventurer leader. Thank you for reading and considering the voice of the people. God bless!
The vision of both clubs is to teach the gospel to children in a loving environment. Our children are not just learning how to drill, they are being with people who love them, respect them and discipline them with love. If this is not the gospel of Our Christ Jesus then I am really confused about serving a loving Savior. When our youth will become part of church priority, I am sure 200% that we will find ways to put their salvation first and not our differences no matter what they may be. When we can find leaders like Tidings and Giselle who are not after titles or positions but want to share the good news, we keep them.
Keep Adventurer and Pathfinder leadership in position ! Is the best for the kids !
Very well said. The current leadership is doing a fantastic job.

Personally, my dad took me and my brothers to do allot of activities in nature. I found this really helped me reconnect with God and made me less affected by the negative influences that come from living in the city. However for some young people that's an opportunity they haven't been able to take part in, for this reason I believe that having an active pathfinder group with engaged people in charge is of an amazing importance to the young people of our church
