This is an issue fir mediation surely or Restorative Justice the B&H and Sussex police support RJ for disputes. This is a disproportionate sanction and goes against natural justice.

I’ve known Pat years he is an asset to the market for both the elderly and young . He must be allowed to stay as a lot of people rely on him being there as they can’t and won’t use anywhere else he is always helpful and go that extra mile to get u what u want .

Let him stay for heaven's sake. And while you are about it, get someone to help him get a disabled sticker or whatever else he needs.

We no longer live in Brighton but still visit to see family. Pat Mears and his fruit and veg stall is Brighton. He has been there as long as I can remember and should stay as long as he wants. Get off your high horse and show some compassion. “ Let Pat stay”

He is part of the Open Market and should be allowed to continue trading. My mum always purchased from the Mears stall as would I if I lived nearer.
