I think it's a shame that hard working people are forced to fight to continue to work, especially for a job this man has been doing for most of his life. The customer loyalty and friendships this man has built up over the years are evidence of how hard he has worked. it's lovely to see so much support for him and hopefully he will be allowed to keep his stall.

This is a disgrace I’ve been shopping at the market since I moved here in 1990 he helps in every way although he’s elderly himself I no rules ar rules but now ur taking away his independence an making him rely on the state he will b lonely an miss the banter too shameful

Hope that the council and its agents will reconsider its shocking decision to deprive Pat Mears of his livelihood over something so trivial. Pat's stall is one of the main reasons that I and many others visit the market. Good luck Pat!

Someone at the council needs to apply some common sense in this case, hopefully this petition offers the opportunity to the councillors involved to reflect on and review their decision.

Council are getting pethetic, strip a man of his livelyhood just because of parking in a loading bay, really? By doing this would mean this man would need to claim all benefits so the council are basically stabbing themselves in the foot
