Close off All Parkways for Pedestrian & Bicycle Traffic Only - April-June 2020

Encourage mayors and city governments to create “car free” parkways and greenways for our safety and wellness

For:

  1. Healthy Living & Wellness (families)
  2. Environment (no cars, no air and noise pollution, no deaths or car accidents)
  3. Equity (walk, run or bike for everyone)
  4. Education (Student Corridors)

Roads are public space too. Far too much of our public space has been dedicated to cars. Taxpayers pay for roads, more and more taxpayers do not have cars.

This simple, common sense proposal will help keep Minnesotans healthy, safe and sane during this trying time.
