We the undersigned believe that New Yorker's cyclists have been able to ride safely on the paved paths in our parks for many decades. We believe that this right should be restored and that guidelines be established and posted to discourage unsafe riding of bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, or any other such mode of travel.
In the interest of public safety, people who violate such guidelines should be fined or arrested based on the severity of their offense as judged by an official park representative or police officer.

Yes please! Just put up some signs about speed limits and let us use the paths. My kids love biking there and its way too dangerous on the streets.
