For all the citizens of NC. Paragon Revenue Group is operating out of Concord, NC as a debt collection agency. Upon checking, there appears to be no license with the NC department of insurance for them to collect. They refuse to give any information on this matter. Please sign telling the NCDOI that we want an investigation and if it is found they do not have the correct license, we want them to be prosecuted under the law.
Update: after posting on Facebook we found that the company was going by a completely different name, a DBA not listed on their license. We found out them not giving the correct name, company number, or license number was not all they have done. We feel, with many stories, they have done poor debt collection practices. This will now be forwarded to the NCDOI for what is thought to be an ethical issue and to the Attorney General's office for poor debt collection practices. We are asking something be done.

The scale of this response is sufficient to escalate our formal complaint to the Attorney General office. Legal counsel is now reviewing the collected testimonies to ensure our submission meets all regulatory requirements for a full investigation.

My son started this after trying to help me with a bill that was coded wrong by Caromont. The collection group told him they didn't care, they would collect. Put it on my credit even when I was making minimum payments. Had to send a check every month because they said 20 was lowest on a debit.
Yes, they have sent me several collection letters from my 2018 visit to Caromont ER Iin Mount Holly NC!!
Caromont gave it to them with no notice. They never sent me anything but gsve
I get a call once a day from these people
