Anything which enhances our beautiful seafront has my support. And this is an example of a good use of space.

There is always a wait here due to the food being amazing! I'd be happy to sit outside especially with summer coming if it meant i got to eat here.

I support the outside area the tearooms are lovely and would be an added bonus, also not enough places around Portsmouth/southsea that offer outside seating areas

Why on earth wouldn't/shouldn't they be granted permission. Its completely fitting to the stunning building they they rescued and and essential addition. If we can have tables & chairs outside of cafe's in high streets, there is ample space at the tearooms without intruding on any space whatsoever. Best of Luck
