Parade Tearooms outside seating area

An outside seating area will complimentary and appropriate for the location. It will improve an under used section of the common.

Lovely food would be even better to sit outside in the summer !

I support the addition of an outside seating area. There is very little of this available in quality cafes in the area.

An outdoor seating area would benefit the customers during the summer as well as the business!!

Outside seating would make this venue dog friendly too!

The Parade Tearooms are an asset to the Castle Road area and to the common, and their business should be encouraged and not hindered. A few people drinking tea and coffee outside of the Tearooms on the common on a sunny afternoon is not going to impact on any neighbouring property anymore than people who currently picnic on the common as at present

I feel that having a seating outside the parade tea rooms will be wonderful for the people who use the tea rooms to sit in the fresh air. The common is public ground so it would be nice to sit outside and enjoy dinner breakfast or tea
