Don't see why it's a problem people have BBQ and leave rubbish at least it'll be tidy.

I live opposite the parade tea rooms and have seen the hard work the owners have put in. considering the uncontrolled drinking, eating and behaviour on the common I feel a well organised and run business like this should be given outside seating for their patrons as they will monitor food and alcohol consumption not to mention any noise far better than any other parts of the common are currently looked after.
if we want to encourage local businesses to invest in the city then we must support them.
I also tried to comment on the council planning portal and my comment never showed up.
