Can there be no dogs or definitely sections where Dogs aren't allowed as this is a problem I know of that has similar Venue

It would be lovely to have an outside area to enjoy the sunshine and have a coffee when walking the dog..Surely there's no reason not to encourage this type of investment

Portsmouth needs cafre's resturant in open spaces. Let's try to make it a bit more like Brighton. Where alfresco dinning is everywhere and folk flock in. Portsmouth is a boring city and needs more modern life injecting into it. Let's take away it bad reputation and make it a cosmopolitan place to visit
