Love parade tea rooms but think it'll be even better in the summer with outdoor seating looking into the coast. It gets busy there and waiting times can be long.

The parade tea rooms have taken a disused space and made it beautiful while still honouring the young artist that had previously showcased her talent by painting the exterior of the site. All around the site was prior to the parade a no go zone for children due to dog mess and broken glass .. the parade would I am certain add a classical and beautifully made outside seating area much needed for this busy and popular venue (when due to its excellence in customer service and superb, delicious food and cakes) you can expect to wait / and be happy to do so, outside for 15 miniutes minimum at peak times to be seated .. Portsmouth is a regeneration town .. and this is just the sort of business that we should all be supporting . As a Southsea-ite this if just the sort of venue My family are happy to spend our money in .. its decor is classic with beautiful lighting and classic carpentry .. the outdoor seating area is sure to be to an equally high standard sympathetic to its surroundings and gets our vote and the hope that The planning department give it its full support.

This is a great local business and would only be enhanced by an outside seating area. There is plenty of room and it would not cause any issues. I live very close by and would welcome this.

This is already a great addition to Portsmouth eaterys, it would be great to be dog friendly also & make the most of the gorgeous surroundings!
