Outside seating would be such a lovely addition to the seafront !! this would allow so many more people to enjoy the lovely food and services that this tearooms brings tit he community.

Love this place. They have such a good sense of how to make the customer feel welcome, and the food is excellent. It would really benefit from outside seating on the south side.

This is a wonderful little place but would benefit greatly from an outdoor seating area. It would be great for those walking dogs on the common and even for the many people I regularly see playing sports on the common.
