A seating area outside would enhance the tea rooms, and on a large expanse of the common, it's not going to interfere with others wanting to enjoy the rest of the wide open green space.

Definately need an outside seating area here, will be an absolute waste of all that land otherwise!! Give southsea what it needs!!

More seating would be a fantastic idea. The Parade is a welcome addition to southsea. And great use of an old building which has also in term created more local jobs.
