Panhandling Crisis at Abrams/ I-635 and Surrounding Areas

We've lived in here less than a year and are now anxious to move because of the panhandling. Please do take action!

I have reported this activity to receive minimal reply. The panhandlers are so bold they make hand gestures when they see photo being taken.

Enough is enough. This has got to be the worst intersection for panhandling in Dallas. Our neighborhood is in danger.

Abrams/635 area is very much in need of this help. Constantly being approached and have wondered why this matter remains to be a problem after all these years.

Every corner, usually on all sides and they are walking out into traffic. Their safety is a big issue.

Great! We need help big time at 635 and Abrams! Makes our neighborhood look trashy!

I'm a home health nurse and travel Dallas, Richardson and Garland daily. The area of 635 and Abrams is the most conjested area with panhandlers.

Although this is a common area for panhandling, it seems like almost every major intersection in this area has panhandlers.

Please help us to bring back the safe community we originally chose for our homes. We are overwhelmed with the hired panhandlers dropped off at our intersections, and the legitimate homeless situation.

I hope our area gets selected on 635/75 especially on Abrams/635

I have at least a couple dozen reports including photos from this intersection that I reported in the Dallas 311 app in the past year. As nothing seemed to be done, I stopped documenting them, but the problem has only increased.

Please help us fix this problem! It's been a long standing issue.

This area grows worse with each week that passes. Please select this area as one of the best locations.

panhandling at Abrams-I635 has gotten out of hand...wife observed two fighting over the territory ...notified them she was calling police...they just continued on fighting as she left intersection.

Please use our area as your pilot program. We, the residents, of this lovely area are tired or seeing this on or corners. It brings a blight to our community.

Dangerous for the panhandlers. At times, pretty frightening because they can be pretty aggressive.

The panhandlers at this intersection are very aggressive and are invading neighboring businesses making shopping uncomfortable.

We need to remove the panhandlers.

Please address this issue soon as this affects the marketability and home value of our neighborhood.
