Panhandling Crisis at Abrams/ I-635 and Surrounding Areas

This will be a great intersection for the test program. We see panhandlers daily on multiple corners of this intersection.

The panhandling situation at Abrams & LBJ is an embarrassment to our community. My daughter & I have both been personally & aggressively approached at gas stations, fast food restaurants, & in store parking lots. Please do your trial in this area.

Urgently needs attention

I am building an 80 lot residential community near this corner. Panhandling is a serious issue for my new development.

635 and Greenville is also horrible. Yesterday there were 3 people. Dangerous and upsetting.

Find a solution.

The intersection of Abrams and 635 seems to be a high traffic area for panhandling. Please use this area for the city initiative.

This is a problem that we have voiced over and over to the PD and other agencies but it seems to fall on deaf ears. I hope this will motivate those in power to do something about this on a proactive basis.

This is becoming a big problem in the area and needs to be addressed.

Please do something to solve this problem. Not only does it look bad but there are safety concerns as well.

The organized panhandling going on at LBJ and Abrams is outrageous and uncontrolled.

I have reported this intersection at least 50 - 75 times to 311 over the last few years.

This panhandling epidemic make Dallas look terrible to visitors from other cities; State; and Counties.

I can't think of a better intersection than Abrams/635 to be included as a target site for this new city initiative
