We, the undersigned, request that the Town of Greenwich improve the drainage infrastructure at the intersection of Palmer Hill and Old Orchard by upgrading the Palmer Hill culvert. We are concerned about the safety of our community. There is something very wrong here for Apple Tree Lane residents. Hillcrest Lane new construction has had an obvious additional impact on this less than functioning culvert.
Let's fix this problem!
Safety for our residents should be the #1 priority. Based on recent and historical data - this culvert MUST be improved immediately.

This area has become an increasing popular short cut for vehicular traffic when 95 is backed up. When it rains and gets flooded, it only a matter of time before a significamt accident happens at that intersection.
There is something very wrong here for Apple Tree Lane residents. Hillcrest Lane new construction has had an obvious additional impact on this less than functioning culvert.
