During high tide combined with rain, substantial flooding negatively impacts local businesses and neighboring residences by obstructing traffic on Suburban Avenue, but also makes leaving and entering said premises nearly impossible. Additionally, the flooding prevents children and their families from using the cross walk between the Cos Cob Elementary School and Cos Cob Library, a location that serves as a major municipal parking lot. Once we receive 75 signatures, we will send this petition on to Greenwich City Hall, and hopefully, they will finally fix this problem!
