I have been hearing from so many of you about the negative impact Coach Tripp is having on our players and it reinforces why I started this. I am currently reaching out to the board members to demand a formal review of his leadership. These kids deserve a coach who fosters growth instead of frustration.

Seeing this level of support for our kids reinforces how much we all care about the environment they play in during these formative years. This momentum shows that the board cannot keep ignoring our concerns about the team leadership any longer.

Scott needs to go. He plays favorites way too much and it shows on the scoreboard anyway.
Ridiculous behavior from a coach. Totally unprofessional. Get him out.

The way he talks to those kids is unacceptable. My son comes home crying after practice every week and dreads going back. Time for a change.
