Put simply... There should exist a National Holiday whereby any individual who so desires is encouraged to wear Pajamas all day long. Pajamas in hospitals. Pajamas at amusement parks. Pajamas in the office, indeed-pajamas in the White House. We believe that the comfort and inherent coziness of pajama-like attire is the indisputable right of every man, woman, and child under the glorious sun; furthermore it should not be relegated to the confines of a bed, futon, cot, or wherever one might sleep. No longer shall soft cotton shirts and flannel pants be cast aside for the tyranny of the work week! We DEMAND a National Pajama Holiday! Amendment I (10/17/08): Pajamas must not be slutty or unduly revealing, and/or sensual in nature. You being comfortable at everyone else's expense is not our aim. Save it for the bedroom.

I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by how many of you feel the same way about a day dedicated to comfort. It turns out that a lot of people are tired of the daily struggle with stiff clothing and I am just happy to be part of such a cozy movement.

PJs at the office would be a game changer. boss would hate it but it would be so cozy.
