The growth in support has moved this proposal into a position where we can now request a formal meeting with the labor board. We are currently drafting the legislative briefing document to justify the economic impact of this proposed holiday.

It should be called: gorge yourself on Halloween candy until your sick day. It has a nice ring to it also it will grow on you
it will help us be ready for school/work because we will be tired from all the trick or treating

November 1st most definitely should be a day for rest, after an evening of trick or treating till the late hours.
