We the undersigned stand together in support of building a freestanding, dedicated, full-service children’s hospital in Richmond, Virginia.
We envision a facility where all pediatric care providers can work together to care for all the children of Central Virginia in a child-focused, family-centered model of comprehensive care.
As your children's physicians, we enthusiastically support such a needed endeavor.
We urge all interested citizens and health care executives to join us in making this dream a reality. Our children deserve our best efforts.

DO IT. Why are we waiting so long? Our babies deserve the best medical care close to home.
About time. Every major city should have a dedicated facility for kids. Lets get this done.
Its ridiculous we dont have one already. Build it already please.
My son spent a week in the pediatric ward and it was so crowded. He deserved a place built for him and not just a room in a giant adult building.
This would be so helpful for so many families in the area. Such a great cause.

Living in Richmond my whole life I know we need this. Driving all the way to other cities for specialized care is a nightmare for sick kids.
