My son went through hell there for no good reaon. As a mentally ill person, he was denied his proper meds and his 3 month sentence turned into 9 months. The prison needs an audit of their funds and a complete investigation. It is an entyity unto itself and does not even have to follow a judge's recommendation.
My fiance has been a victim of Lebanon county for over 20 years. Now Judge jones, then public defender told him if he would have paid him money he would have won his case. He paid his case off in full and 3 years later they added more fees. There is much more.
Lebanon County CYS is currently mishandling a case regarding abuse against my children. My caseworker won't even speak to me regarding the issue, and only communicates with the mother who is an intervenor/defendant in the pfa case!! She is prtecting my children's abuser because she knew of the abuse prior to my kids speaking out and telling me about it.
I've been fighting to have my property and home returned to me , after it was stolen by our corrupt courts in Lebanon county. My husband and I, have had five lawyers and been fighting a corrupt system for the past six years.
Just released from the county jail, there is definitely shady stuff going on in there for i myself have dealt with my own problems. The grievance system ducks, the rule book is a joke and they do not abide by Pa code title 37.

I am very unhappy how the jail is run. not helping the inmates when they need help or the medicine I know first hand how the place is. if I had black mold I think I would of done something right away about it.i just hope something good does come out of it
