Put Oyster in our ticket offices
We the undersigned believe that ticket offices in the Greater London Region should have the technology to update Oyster cards, so as to allow staff to top up Oyster cards and assist with passengers queries. Govia Ltd (Parent Company of Southeastern and Southern) have refused to provide the necessary technology to ticket office staff. This is not in the best interests of passengers and makes the future of ticket offices uncertain. We therefore petition Govia Ltd to reconsider their position and to install the necessary technology in all affected stations within Zone 1 to 6.
