Petition Summary: To establish rules and agreement for use of the Clubhouse by the residents in the Alamo Creek Owners Association, the residents of the community, as well as other home owner associations and HOA management companies, were consulted and solicited for input on appropriate and mutually beneficial rules and contract for rental. The Agreement that was presented by HOA management was edited by the Members who are petitioning to have the Alamo Creek HOA Board enact the Agreement as amended.
Action Petitioned For: We the undersigned are concerned Members who urge our Home Owners Association Board to act now to ratify the revisions to the Agreement for Use of Clubhouse, so that the facility, for which we, as owners are contributing funds to maintain, will be inclusive of all residents and be used to the fullest.
