I have been staring at these rental agreement edits for so long that the clauses are starting to blur together into a weird legal soup but I honestly think we have something fair here. It is funny because the more I talk to neighbors about the clubhouse the more I realize how much everyone just wants a space that actually makes sense for us to use without all that extra headache. I am still waiting to hear if the board will even acknowledge the draft but the silence is honestly just making me more determined to keep pushing for a change.

I was checking the list earlier and just stared at the screen because it really feels like the board has to listen to us now since so many people are finally on the same page about the clubhouse rules. It is honestly kind of surreal seeing all our neighbors agree on these edits and I am just sitting here drinking coffee thinking about how we might actually get this space run the way we all want it to be.

The board just keeps dragging their feet on this. We own the place so why are we being shut out from using it? Just pass the new rules already.
Ridiculous that we have to fight for this. The current agreement is way too restrictive for families here. Fix it ASAP.

Too many hoops to jump through just to host a small party. The member revisions make way more sense.
