The management company has officially backed down and cancelled the contract with Super Sports because they finally recognized our rights as owners. I am relieved that our community facilities remain accessible to us without these unfair new charges. We will keep watching to ensure they respect our ownership moving forward.

To PID OAM, RERA

From: Green Community Owners and Residents

Subject: Owner's petition against super sports taking over our community sports facilities

We, the owners and residents of Green Community in DIP 1, strongly object to the management company PID OAM outsourcing, introducing or enforcing any new rules, policies charges, direct or indirect usage charges or restrictions to our contractual rights to access our community facilities without our prior feedback and consent.

We object to the unilateral, disruptive, and non-consensual decision taken by PID OAM WITHOUT ANY CONSULTATION OR FEEDBACK from owners to outsourcing our community facilities to a third party, Super Sports, to manage and generate additional usage charges.

We are the owners of these facilities and paying for their use and upkeep already through our very high service charges and it is our right to be involved in the decision making process about any changes in policies that dictate access and use of community facilities that we own.

The management company PID OAM has no right to outsource what we own or to restrict us from our rights to access our community facilities unless agreed by owners.

We are already paying very high service charges for our facilities and PID OAM and SUPERSPORT has no right to indirectly increase our costs for sports coaching by forcing coaches to pay additional higher charges for booking our sports facilities to coach us.

An outside third party, SUPER SPORTS, has no right to ask owners for our personal and private data like ID, title deeds and tenancy contracts just to access our community facilities that we own. There are many other ways to ensure only residents use our facilities.

We petition the management company PID OAM to stop this ongoing conduct from PID OAM lack of transparency, lack of communication and enforcing authoritarian, disruptive and unfeasible rules and policies or any outsourcing or take-over or extra usage charges for using facilities that we already own and pay for.

PID OAM must ensure full transparancy on all matters and take feedback from ALL owners about what happens in our community.

Sincerely

GREEN COMMUNITY OWNERS

Seeing 250 names on this list proves that our neighbors refuse to let our facilities be sold off without a fight. I am heading to the management office to show them exactly how many of us demand a seat at the table. This is just the beginning of holding them accountable for what we already own.

Seeing so many neighbors speak up confirms that we all feel the same anger about our facilities being taken from us. This momentum proves that our community will not sit back while someone else profits from property we already pay to maintain.

Homeowner; GCE - villa823 Revert to previous arrangement. Most coaches do not have the financial means to pay the excessive 100k yearly fees, meaning we will lose all our options.

BIeke Serruys 4004 nw. I am licensed, certified coaching tennis in the community to many residents. It is a disgrace so much money I have to charge residents more for the classes. This is indirectly an extra maintainance and upgrade for facilities charge through an academy like mine. PI found a backdoor, which I hope RERA will put to an end.

Bungalow 551 owner - community fees should cover the maintenance of the sportsfacilities and no company should receive exclusive rights to use them

Owner of villa 3108 I don't understand why a third party should dictate to me if and when my preferred and fully licensed coach can teach my own kids. I oppose that a third party is needed to manage the sport activities the community.

I don’t think it is appropriate to allow profit making sport clubs to occupy some of the community tennis courts. Instead PID needs to find a budget to fix the courts some of which are 16 years of age and in need of maintenance to ensure they are safe for usage which they are currently not

Unnecessary fees for lessons in the community on top of extortionate service charges are not doing any good for our community. Instead, please focus on current deteriorating standard of pools and common areas.

Owner of Villa 3307 - GCW We as well do not agree for our facilities to be managed by a third party in addition to increasing the cost to use such facilities which we already pay for in our management fees.
