I have been over charged on several occasions. When talking to the city they are very rude and have no intention in looking into the matter.

I've thought for the last year the water bill had been ridiculous and every time I called they said no it was accurate! I cut back on water usage in various ways and I feel like my bill hasn't changed! I hope this gets fixed soon!

Bill has been creeping up about 40 bucks every 3 months. We have not changed anything! If I'm going to pay more for water I expect the quality to go up. The water is hard here. I won't even drink it with a Brita filter!

We were gone so much this past quarter and I can't believe how much ours increased. I feel we need to be partially reimbursed. There is no way the costs are this high.

Water bills are completely out of wack! The same number of people living in two homes the same size have water bills almost $200 difference in price! It makes no sense!

Going behind the backs of the citizens of this town and passing a water resolution without making it known publicly...advertising it, not just placing a notice on the board in front of the city office! This mayor and council members will continue to drive us all out of this town!

This town is rediculous in the cost of water and sewer bills. Us homeowners cannot afford to keep paying water bills over $350-$480. Something needs to be done about this.

We moved here 16 years ago. There were 2 adults and 3 children at that time. Our water bill then was just under $100 per billing period. Now there are 2 adults with a minimum of a $220 bill every billing period. The WATER & SEWER BILLS are one of many issues that need to be fixed. Our representatives need to fix these issues. I CAN NOT wait to move out of this town.

I feel im getting ripped off! I have lost all faith in the leaders of my town. TANEYTOWN! My vote seems to be ignored. My wife and i are looking for property away from taneytown.

I had my battery changed several months ago. Was told then that the bill was being estimated since the end of 2014. So I was expecting a bill, but not for $200. Now I'm reading that our bills were being estimated for up to 2 years. I bought this house 1 year ago, so why do I have to pay the full balance.

Water bills in Taneytown are ridiculously high. Seems the City should have done more since they knew there was an issue for people.
