The Friends of Eastern State Penitentiary Park board thinks they can just shut us out and rewrite our neighborhood rules in the dark. I have been digging into their records all week and their arrogance is staggering. They are betting we will lose interest but they are wrong.

seriously?? this is our space. we play here with our kids every weekend. stop changing things that arent broken just to control it.
Show up on Monday people! take back our park!
This park is for the neighbors not some board who wants to keep everyone out. Been living here 15 years and this is ridiculous.
unbelievable. they dont get to decide who belongs in our own community park. see everyone at the hall.
Ridiculous. they are trying to gatekeep a public space that belongs to all of us. see you on monday.
