Low income people who have had their animal's seized/picked up by the ospca know how difficult it is to acquire the money they are asking to return their animal's. I am asking for a payment plan to be put into place for low income families who have had to deal with these issue's.This situation is not fair to those of us who do take care of our animal's. This is NOT for people who clearly abuse their animal's. Most people's pets are not just pet's they are family. Payments should be made due to their income. I am also asking that if charge's are to be laid to change it from 6 months to 8 week time frame. If there is true animal abuse these should be known within that time frame. If owner is found not guilty by the courts/ACRB no fee's should be paid by owner to the ospca/humane societies to have their animals released to the owner's.
