Exservicemen not given OROP AS APPROVED BY the PARLIAMENT in Feb 2014.All countrymen kindly sign the petition to request the GOVT to kindly give the same as soon as possible.
One hundred people have signed and the government is still ignoring our veterans. This is basic justice they owe to those who served and we will not let them sweep these broken promises under the rug.

The momentum behind this petition proves our veterans will not be ignored by a government that refuses to honor its own commitments. We are hitting a nerve that the administration can no longer pretend does not exist.

OROP sanctioned by the Government is not as per the true definition of the grant. It must be implemented in its word and spirit, as spelt out by the Hoshiyari committee to resolve the issue to the full satisfaction of the Armed Forces.

OROP as approved by the sanctum sanctorum of Democracy i.e. Parliament, must be implemented in letter and spirit. Not doing so will be an insult to the Parliament and the government. No one has a right to modify the Parliament's decision.

Defence personnel truly deserve OROP over other benefits admitted to civil grade A services like NFU. The naion's saviours should feel betrayed if the nation remains ungrateful for their sacrifices and resolve to hold the country together.

The honourable PM must fulfill his promise for original OROP as per definition to ex-servicemen during Rewari election rally, else ex-servicemen will loose faith on him(BJP) as well as future political leadership.
