We, the undersigned, support Coach Tom Nager and request that the Oro Valley Dolphins Board consider all available courses of action that might result in Coach Nager's approval as head coach for the Pee Wee football team. Coach Nager ran unopposed for the Pee Wee Head Coach position. His disapproval after 11 years of dedicated service is without merit.
We believe that Coach Nager is an upstanding member of the community who has selflessly dedicated his time to improving the lives and futures of our youth. This issue is very concerning to many famililies who are dedicated to the Oro Valley Dolphins Association. Therefore, we are requesting that the board members evaluate both sides of the issue and reconsider their decision.
It is our opinion that the decision to not elect Tom Nager was done in haste and without fair consideration to the majority of opinions held by present, past, and future parents, as well as the players this board represents.

The board remains quiet despite the growing number of people asking for answers. I have been spending my evenings trying to get a straight response out of them but progress is slow and frankly exhausting. We are not dropping this until they actually look at the eleven years of work they are trying to toss aside.

The amount of support we have received for Coach Nager is overwhelming and proves that his impact on our community is undeniable. It has been a long road to get here but this response shows we have the momentum to demand a real conversation with the board.

my son learned everything he knows about sportsmanship from tom. he is a great coach and the team wont be the same without him.
11 years of service and this is the thanks he gets? RIDICULOUS. The board needs to get their act together.
