Urgently needs upgrading to improve access for tourism and safety

This road is an important thoroughfare, for business as well as tourism, but it is becoming very dangerous. It needs to be repaired properly before unnecessary and serious accidents and loss of lives occur

Endangering the lives of residents and visitors is unacceptable.

The road is essential for all visitors to the reserve, be they hikers, tourists, day visitors etc. The reserve is a uniquely beautiful & spectacular Soith Acrican asset ...... safe access to it must be provided & maintained.

It is vital that this tourist site be maintained not only for the many hikers who use the walks, but also the business owners at Lake Eland and Oribi.

We use this road to take our international guests to Loepsrd Rock and Lake Eland. It would have a terrible impacted on tourism for the lower south coast if this road doesn't get repaired.

Please repair this road. Oribi Gorge is an incredible tourist destination which is of great benefit to the local community.

I have to drive this road to work every day. The road is so bad and unsafe to drive, especially when it has rained. Driving this road knowing it can collapse at any time is a daily scary experience, and I feel sorry for tourists who go there not knowing how bad the road is, damaging their vehicles. Please do something about this before a tragedy unfolds!

We use the road every day to get to Khula Community Centre, therfore we are grateful for the petition, and can try help in whatever means we can!

We use this road daily...it's become increasingly dangerous. It won't last another flood. It also brings in revenue to Ezemvelo who is struggling financially.

This beautiful road is essential for Tourism as well as our community. Please fix the road for everyone’s safety.

Oribi Gorge Nature Reserve Management will be happy if the road through the nature reserve repaired.

I don’t use the road regularly, but it is an amazing tourist area with much potential but cannot currently be accessed safely due to the road conditions.

This will greatly impact our ability to get to our friends and lessons for our children.
