We have all had issues with the Orange mobile network since it has changed to EE. Phone calls are not being connected, text are not going through and emails are failing. EE have done nothing to sort this out blaming it on individual handsets. We know this is not the truth. None of us have the time or patience to waste on the phone any longer to EE regarding this. If we are not taken seriously we will join together to take legal action against EE and demand compensation for our inconvenience.
