I heard about this petition on Radio 4 and have since called up EE to request a signal booster, they wavered the delivery charge after I explained I hadn't called up to spend money! I also asked for a discount off my bill which they couldn't offer me. If the booster doesn't work I'll be back on the phone!
Glad someone started this. I missed two important work calls yesterday because of the dropped connection. Fed up with the excuses.
been with orange for years and never had an issue until they switched to EE. now its just constant buffering and failed calls. sorting this out now.
THESE PEOPLE ARE ROBBING US. Paying full price for a service i cant even use to send a simple text. Need to get our money back.
My signal has been non existant for weeks now. EE just keeps telling me to restart my phone like thats going to fix their tower problems. Useless.
