Service is awful and the price keeps going up! 92..00 for the slowest WiFi. Awful!!
I am being abused by optimum taking my money for service that isn't working. There are no other choices for my address.
I haven't been able to watch any of my subscriptions for weeks. WTH!!!!
Get rid of them they are overpriced and horrible

It sucks that optimum has the monopoly on the internet and take every opportunity to continue to raise prices!
