Bad idea. The town should sell it to the owners and get that land back on the tax rolls. Stop wasting our money on trails nobody asked for.
Enough with the taxes already. We have way too many costs as it is and don't need another project sucking up our money. Keep it private.

My property value is going to tank if they put this near my backyard. I dont want strangers walking right behind my fence all hours of the night. No way.
