This is not the area for a four story RSL building, it is currently zoned residential and needs to remain that way! Find another location that meets the zoning code and build there.

No more rezoning changes in this area of West Cobb. This area is rapidly becoming as over developed as East Cobb.

As long as the property has substantial value at its current zoning, there is no reason to change the zoning, and we are moving too quickly on these RSLs!
