We do NOT need additional senior housing in west Cobb. Just off the top of my head, 3 have been developed within the last year. All in the same general area. I am begging you, please deny. Keep open spaces open. We do not need more development to continue to increase the already heavily populated Cobb County.

We live at the Links at Brookstone
Off Burnt Hickory Rd. The traffic in that corner is already bad and will only get worse with this zoning permit

No! This would be a commercial building in a residentially-zoned area. Better suited to build this on 41. Everything cannot be dependent on rezoning. I understand the owner wants to be able to sell his property, but there are other possibilities.

Please stop the the nonstop construction in the 3 mile radius of this area!! It has been to much!! There are so many other locations that would not impact that intersection and traffic that is already problematic.

This project is blatantly against Cobb's land use plan and will put multi-story apartment like living with parking lots adjacent to single family homes and at one of west Cobb's busiest intersections. Please vote against this use for this piece of land.

I do not believe an exception should be made to current zoning. A four story building in that location would be a serious intrusion on adjacent properties.
