I moved to west cobb and this area due to the home price points. The community, amenities, great neighborhoods and schools. I moved from Kennesae due to so much commericial building and less green space. I dont want to have increased traffic and a hotel size structure making way for additional development in our wonderful and beautiful area. I oppose this rezoning and structure, please disapprove the developers request.
