Traffic is already painful on Mars Hill and this will only make it worse. As this is supposed to be a 4 story building, how is the local fire dept. going to be able to service this without a ladder truck? Stop this now. We don't need additional traffic in this area

Cobb County Planning Commissioners are you CRAZY...NO more building until you fix the traffic!! Roads and infrastructure HAS to be a priority first before more expansion. The TRAFFIC on Mars Hill is already unbelievable and you need to stop developing NOW!!

Project is totally out of place in this neighborhood especially at the corner of a busy intersection already not able to handle traffic. You need to come visit and not just look at blueprints.

Enough is enough. The traffic on Mars Hill Rd. Is horrendous as it is. And a four storey building??? You've got to be kidding me. I do not think that the infrastructures here will support this development, nor do I think the design will enhance this area.

This proposal is not consisent with the area/neighborhoods around this property. This would stick out like a sore thumb. This area definitely does not need this type if added traffic. When will Cobb ever stop!

Please don't allow this! We cannot take any more traffic in that area!I urge you to come to that intersection in the morning 7-9 or evening 4-6 and see the traffic. Also there is a fire station right at the Kroger, stop in and ask them how many wrecks they respond to ALREADY at this intersection.

We bought our house here within the past year specifically because of the green space preservation that makes this area of West Cobb so nice.
