I believe we have enough senior communities recently built, or in the process of being built in West Cobb currently. Not only is this not in keeping with standards of this area, but will only add traffic to an already very congested area! I can't believe that this is even under consideration!! I have lived in this area for the past 20 years, and am not happy with how development changes are being made.

I oppose the commercialization of West Cobb. I live in Brookstone. There is already traffic on Mars Hill.

I have lived in West Cobb for almost 18 years now. The quiet, residential atmosphere is what attracted us to the area. I'm afraid this sort of construction would drive us out & deter future homeowners from buying in the area.
