The traffic on Mars Hill and Burnt Hickory Rd is already a nightmare. This would just add even more congestion and gridlock to an existing problem for residence of the area. Not a good idea in my opinion.

Stop building until there are more roads to accommodate all the housing! Most of the main road arteries are only 1 lane. Traffic is worse here than in NY!

This is not the place to build a 4 story building. This land is in the middle of 3-4 big subdivisions and will look like an eye sore to the heavy residential area. I am a realtor. This will hurt the home values for many homes bordering and surrounding the property.

I oppose this plan greatly. It does not go with the current surrounding area that we live it, and would only allow an already contested area to get worse. Plus if we allow something like this to go through, it will only allow others to follow suit. Please everyone!! Say NO to this

I travel Mars Hill every day back and forth to work. The traffic is terrible most mornings and it would be incredibly bad if you let this building happen! Please STOP Z10 !!!

We do not want or need a structure of this magnitude in our neighborhood on a two lane road that is all ready at max capacity during the daymfrom work and school travel. This land was not Zinedine for this purpose and our family adamantly opposes this.

This is a bad for our neighborhoods, because once you let one giant assisted living center in, then other industrialized buildings will follow, and our beautiful neighborhoods and residences will be overrun with ugly buildings blocking up the skyline. Just say no to re-zoning
