Four stories backing up to a neighborhood is not a good idea. The lighting of the parking lot will impose on the tranquility of the neighboring houses. Not to mention blocking the sunlight.

I think that you all should look at the area, no buildings over 2 story to start. Next the traffic at Mars hill rd. at this locations will not be safe for large numbers of cars in and out. then you have to look at the area as far as home's in the area. not the area for 4 story buildings, you have a lot over 50 new subs being built small home close together that might work much better. Just rember the traffic in the early morning and late afternoon, is a mad house bumper to bumper from Publix the this location in both ways. all you need to do is a traffic study and you see the problem. and last but not least is the new traffic coming from Paulding county residents. This is more of a problem than you can see untell you all do a traffic study to work out this crazy rush hour at 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM and on the way home starting around 4Pm on to 6:30 PM.
I have lived in Brookstone for 12 years know and thinks have gone far enough that we all need to do some thinking on how to work on moving this rush hour mad house to the main roads and not on the back roads. Cont me me if you want to have a meeting on what we can do to help with this growing problem with high traffic and helping with better flow. Louis Reymenandt. 678-524-7181

there are already too many residences in this congested area, but NO ONE wants a 4 story building towering over their neighborhood either. roads are very congested here, stores are as well.

No! We are congested enough with all the subdivisions without adding apartments!! Apartments will also decrease property value with time. No! No! No!

We don't need more congestion and urban sprawl. This would cause lots more traffic problems also! No to this zoning

We don't need any high risers out here. A nice 55 and over community with a pool would be nice!

There is no room for a high density development. It will only add to the traffic congestion which is already very bad in that particular location.

There is too much going on in our area, and this type of rezoning request should NOT be allowed to go through. I am vehemently opposed to this please deny Z-10
