Please maintain major commercial corridors along Cobb Pkway and US 41 and not along Mars Hill. This proposal is not in keeping with the land use plan we relied on when we moved here.

We do not need/want this type of development in our neighborhood. There are already several communities for this same age group in a 5 mile radius. We do not need more. I do not support this development at all.

4 storey building is not compatible with surrounding area and location violates Cobb County Code.

No to Z-10.. Already too congested in that area and four stories is crazy.

Absolutely not! Traffic is already horrendous enough. Don't need anything else to add to it.

No to rezoning! Build single family homes similar to those in surrounding area or build nothing at all!

This is NOT what our community needs or wants! There are several senior living communities within 5 miles of this location.

Please vote NO to the requested rezoning. Please vote NO to any variation of an RSL at that location or anywhere that is not a regional activity center. Please vote NO as to preserve Cobb County. Please make sure the vote is NO at the commission meeting on March 7th. Please make sure the NO vote is upheld by the Board of Commissioners on March 21st.
