I can't see how Elected Officials would have any reason to approve the opening up of Miami Shores to towers like this, which will contribute to lower property values as well as possible health risks.

This proposed cell phone tower is absolutely not in the best interests of the residents of Miami Shores. We bought houses in this unique community in part because strict zoning laws keep our Village Beautiful...and safe for ALL of it's residents. Let's keep it that way!

This monstrosity should not be built in a suburban neighborhood. New cell node technology has existed for years that does not require huge towers. If needed, small, unobtrusive antennas can be placed in discrete locations. No one should have to tolerate one of these towers anywhere near their home.

I clearly oppose the erection of a 100 ft tall tower and the change to the current ordinance to allow it.

This request is BS. I hereby respectfully DEMAND our Planning and Zoning Director and our Elected Officials to deny the application on behalf of the village residents.

I strongly support this petition not to allow the cellular tower. Not only will the tower not fit in (aesthetically), property values will decrease and the health ramifications are alarming. SAY NO TO THE TOWER!

I don't think that this cell tower is necessary. Everyone still has good reception and, dose not need anymore radiation in their life !

I vehemently oppose any change in zoning that will allow cell towers of this kind to be installed in our city. We need to protect our property values.

There are better places to place the tower other than in that area. They are eye sores and the height is simply not complementary of the residential neighborhood.
