Given the strict conditions placed upon home ownership in the Shores (paint permit to change the color of your front door, for example) on the grounds of village aesthetics, approval for such an unnecessary eyesore would be ridiculous and only undercut the entire rationale for permit requirements for homeowners.

Live only a few blocks away from the Lutheran church but in unincorporated Miami-Dade County. The cancer risks this tower poses are unacceptable.

Absolutely NO cell tower in residential area. The amount of radiation we already have in high. You can use the App Architecture of Radio on your Iphone or Android to visualize on your screen the radiation we already expose ourselves to by living in Miami Shores. Just point your device where you want and see it by yourself. Furthermore, the value of our properties will be affected greatly.

Other communities have found ways to make these aesthetically acceptable, so can Miami Shores. If this is really needed, use the church spire.
