As a resident of Reserve at Westridge and Valor Pointe at Westridge, I am opposed to allowing residents and guests of residents residing at Fossil Creek at Westridge to use the water park and pool facilities our HOA dues pay for. Our pools will become overcrowded and more unsanitary events (ie: vomit and fecal matter in the pool) will result in the pool's closure and degraded enjoyment for those who bought homes in Reserve and Valor Pointe. Residents of Fossil Creek knew there was not a pool when they purchased their homes and a delay providing one should not cause an inconvenience to us. We ask the Board to reconsider their decision as soon as possible.

One thing I forgot to mention about the vomiting and fecal matter. It happens already and the pool has to be shut down and treated. It costs each time this happens. The main issue is DR Horton trying to cover their mistake with our asset. This is nothing against Fossil Creek as the people.
We need to start a law suit against DR Horton for this action. Fossil Creek is not part of our HOA. Their HOA fees are not the same as ours, nor do they go into the same account for our HOA. This is theft, clear and simple!
Didn't sign up for this. Should havd been mentioned at signing stages. And the fact that we knew about this by coincidence from the FB page makes me more frustrated and question the transparency of the management.
the pool is already too busy as of last year and many new homes in our sub have been built since the fall, we moved to this sub for the pool and will be among many who move out if the pool is overcrowded which it will be with the addition of yet another sub.
I don't agree with allowing those outside the Reserve to have access to the po even temporarily since WE pay the dues and it will just make the pool more crowded and possibly limit the guests we can bring. I pay my dues. Always on time and I should not be penalized just because they builders are off schedule.
This would be fantastic to be able to share as we are a resident of Fossil Creek.

It's not okay for DR Horton to drop the ball at the FC subdivision and expect us to fix the problem for them. Why can't Horton purchase tickets for the FC residents to use the Frisco Aquatic Centers off Preston? Seems like a reasonable temporary solution.
