OPPOSITION to Rockhaven Homes ReZoning for 25 TOWNHOMES

Please do not approve the building of Rockhaven townhomes at the intersection of Cliff Valley and Briarcliff. There is already too much traffic in the area, which is bound to get worse given the new CHOA building. Plus, the additional traffic will be a potential danger to the students who attend school on Cliff Valley Rd.

Traffic is already terrible at noon and morning & afternoon rush hours. If counts were taken at those times it would be obvious that we cannot tolerate more cars in this area.

The traffic is already horrible. There is no space for this kind of development and it would ruin our neighborhood.

We are overrun with condos and traffic!

This is a residential neighborhood and we are "choking to death" on gridlock already. The roads have not kept pace with the development. People who would be most affected DON'T live in the area or have to deal with the congestion. All the developers care about is money $$$$ not the quality of life for the surrounding neighborhoods!

I bought this condo recently, and the field was one of the main reasons that made me purchase this condo. I am sure to most of the owners at Enclave, the price they paid for their unit included the value of the field. In that sense, in my mind this was partly my property. I am very disappointed and sad about the plan for developing this area for townhomed. I am wondering how such a development plan can be even approved without the permission from Enclave owners.

Traffic is already a nightmare in this area and does not need to be worse. I want to maintain the suburban character of this area and not urbanize it further.

Traffic is horrible already. Let us not add to the problem!

We have the new CHOA building being built.. Add 25 townhouses and everyone better plan to walk to work. Traffic here is terrible with the access road. No more new building!

Anyone that wants to add to the traffic problem should have to sit in it during rush hours each day.

Please, I beg you, do not destroy our sense of neighborhood. Our area is already too congested. We will certainly be paying attention during the next election. Please, make DeKalb great again.

Cliff Valley Way and Briarcliff are busy enough streets without adding more houses and traffic!! I say a resounding NO to adding 25 town homes in this area!!

This would create a dangerous level of traffic for Cliff Valley & Briarcliff, then effecting Clairmont & N Druid Hills Rd.
