Stop building dense properties without building our infrastructure up first.

Not a great intersection for adding density. It is already challenging to make a right turn on red from Cliff Valley due to limited sight distance and speeding on Briarcliff. Besides the negative impact on traffic, which has worsened noticeably since I moved to this area in 2007, more mature trees will be lost.

This corner is continuously congested and the street enhancements promised by this developer don't seem to offset the increased traffic flow. This development on this corner is unnecessary.

No way. Atlanta needs housing in downtown and midtown. Need new thinking and planners. Don't ruin the special areas and the magic of Atlanta. No going back. Downtown/midtown/VaHi and just south of Georgia Tech are the areas that need housing to make the area better. No

The traffic congestion on Cliff Valley Rd is already abysmal at best during rush hour. The traffic completely fills the road and backs up onto the i85 access road. I can't even imagine how horrific the traffic, congestion and pollution will be once CHOA and Emory build out and have thousands of staff move into our neighborhood. When I heard that some wanted to replace these 3 homes with a condo complex I thought it was a joke! Cliff Valley Rd is already a danger for all of the kids who attend schools and the UU congregation. This is NOT by any means an acceptable location for development other than single family residences on the existing lots as is. Renovate or tear down and build new ones and sell those, but please don't build any more.

I have signed this petition to oppose the Rockhaven Homes LLC. applications and ask the Board of Commissioners and the Planning Commission DENY both applications. There is already too much congestion in the location.

This area is already has suffering infrastructure from poorly planned/prioritized building approvals. Additionally, the DeKalb County School Board recently approved relocating students in the immediate area to a new school in this area. This is sure to bring increased traffic in the future. Not to mention all of the already approved and proceeding growth at the Executive Park area (Emory Sports Medicine facility and Children's Health Care facility). With this location being in close proximity to one of DeKalb County's top 10 most dangerous intersections, the future movement of our children through and across this area, coupled with the overcrowding on our roadways, I am strongly opposed to any more multi-unit dwellings in this area until major infrastructure improvements are made. Our neighborhood streets are already being inundated with "cut thru" traffic that is jeopardizing the safety of our children and our neighborhoods.

Stop the madness!!! We are being boxed in to our own neighborhood. If any of us have an emergency to get to a hospital...depending on the time of day...we are screwed!!!!

We would like to maintain the current suburban character. Very concerned about the overall impact to the area.

Please keep our community as it is. Rockhaven has been buying up and attempting to buy up land all over Dekalb and Fulton. All they care about is money. Their proposed 25 townhome is not needed nor is it wanted in the community. Please preserve our lovely community and neighborhood for what it is and why we elected to reside here. Please deny Rockhaven's applications and any any all attempts to rezone in this community.
