Area is already congested. I've seen Briarcliff, between N Druid Hills & Clairmont, as 2 solid lines of cars slowly moving, many times.

Permitting this sort of over-development at the edges of our single family neighborhoods is to allow erosion of those neighborhoods to begin, until the character that brought people to raise families there is gone. Do not allow this to go forward.

It is simply irresponsible to build high density communities in direct conflict with residential congruity. Suffice to say, developers do not contribute to facilitating a cure for traffic woes. Hit and run mentality that is crippling Atlanta and its environs. Success in high/medium density areas is directly proportionate to ease of transportation. Clearly, a low priority in Atlanta and its builders.

Traffic is already very bad a Cliff Valley and Briarcliff. I oppose the building of the town homes there.

I am against the rezoning of Cliff Valley Way. A rezoning will make the street I live on too busy to the point where I may have to move.

My concern is about the additional traffic congestion. Already, traffic on this road and Briarcliff intersection is very congested. Having additional buildings in this area will be unsafe.

I have lived in this neighborhood for the past 6 years. The addition of these units in combination with other development in the area will only serve to increase traffic to unimaginable heights, devalue our homes, and fundamentally change the quality of life on this street. I am vehemently opposed to this new development.
