The news finally reached us and our request was granted in full. Watching the people I love get the protection they deserve makes all this struggle feel worth it. We will keep our eyes on the implementation to ensure this stays exactly as promised.

Seeing the count climb toward one hundred reminds me of how much my brother suffered before we took this stand. Please reach out to your contacts right now to help us break through this threshold.

Insanity: one department of government granting permits that will add to the contamination and deterioration of Grand Lake St Marys, while another department invest millions of dollars to initiate the clean-up of the lake. Please stop the proliferation of contaminated run-off into our recreational lake!

I oppose this project. If it does move forward strong control & inspection requirements must written into corporate documentation and/or land deeds to ensure compliance. Fnancial penaltes for measurable non-compliance must be a condition of the permit approval. I have a residence in the watershed.

Much effort & money has been invested into recovery of Grand Lake's health. It would be counterproductive to add waste of large egg facility in the Grand Lake watershed (manure, egg wash, dead hens).

No way we should allow this ..the lake is finally making a slow come back. Not only that if you ever take a walk through one of these places and think about how unhumane they are you would think twice ... Just plain wrong all the way around. PS we live directly on the lake so I feel like I can speak to this !!!

Intensive animal production in the Grand Lake St.Marys watershed has produced the worst case of hazardous algal blooms (HAB) in Ohio and possibly the entire country. We need clean water far more than we need more chickens.

No chickens!! We are opposed to anything that will harm Grand Lake, a lake that we have enjoyed for 60 years. Or children and grandchildren love to use the wave runners and to swim. This hen facility would make the lake too polluted for safe water sports.
